• "Service" refers to the Napoleon application, website, and related services.
• "User" refers to you, the individual or entity using the Service.
• "Content" refers to project specifications, code, text, and other materials generated or uploaded.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Napoleon cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission to use the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Upload malicious code or viruses.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
• Engage in abusive or excessive usage that disrupts the Service for others.

You retain full ownership of the content you create, upload, or generate using Napoleon. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Napoleon utilizes artificial intelligence to assist in software architecture and code generation. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are generated probabilistically and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all AI-generated code and specifications before use in production.
• Napoleon makes no warranties regarding the functionality, security, or non-infringement of AI-generated outputs.

For paid plans, you agree to pay the fees indicated for that plan. Payments are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, typically only for technical errors in billing. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Napoleon and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by Napoleon Orchestration Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Napoleon makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service. In no event shall Napoleon be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
